When most people think of telemarketing scripts, they think of people sounding canned on the telephone. They think of telemarketers sounding like they are actually reading from a sheet of paper.

Although you may not be able to preempt every outcome on a telemarketing call, you can at least prepare yourself in such a way that you know what you’re going to say, rather than just trying to wing every call.

A Telemarketing Script gives the telemarketer on the phone a direction as to where they can take the phone call. Constant practising and rehersing of a script ultimately makes you sound more confident and knowledgeable on the telephone, and that can be heard by the caller.

People often forget that actors in big Hollywood blockbuster films read and prepare for their parts by reading from scripts.

The practise and reherse their lines so well, that when they read their script, they make it sound real and genuine.
